Elia Tserkezou
Co-founder & Creative Director
Elia has studied Fashion Design and Styling in Athens and Florence. She has worked for some of the most important fashion companies, in the areas of product design & development and buying. In 2015 she decided to create her own fashion brand teaming up with Miltos, co-founder and CEO.
Elia Tserkezou infuses the brand with her distinct style sense, strongly relying on the playful attitude of her design team, all the while carefully curating the key pieces that are bound to become instant hits.
For Elia, fashion means to challenge norms and conventions, to make space for new perceptions and new concepts. Fashion is a language of creativity, exploration, but also progression.
“I wanted to create a brand that is inspired by the women who we design for. The girl of Love + Alicia is my biggest influencer. I am constantly observing the way she dresses, the way she does things, her overall lifestyle, which eventually aligns with mine. So I always create having in mind our common aesthetic and the appreciation of our shared values.

Elia also aims to encourage mindful consumption and “encourages consumers to reevaluate the relationship” they have with their clothing. She continuously seeks to source the most beautiful and sustainable fabrics, while disrupting the linear production by giving new life to previous used textiles and discarded garments, nothing is wasted.
The sun nourishes her soul, and, in the summer, you will find her on a barren Cycladic Island enjoying the wilderness with her family and friends.
